Shipping & Delivery

We use a variety of couriers that deliver Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays.

We offer shipping to most of the UK including Northern Ireland. Some specific bulky items may not have a shipping or delivery option available to remote locations.

We also offer an Express service for UK orders, excluding some specific bulky items and online exclusives. Express orders will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce express24 where applicable at an additional surcharge.

Buying for a special occasion or holiday such as Christmas? We can even deliver your present directly to a friend or loved one, just enter their delivery address at the checkout.

Delivery Times

Sometimes the availability of your item(s) may have changed from when you purchased – if this is the case we’ll contact you to let you know it may be delayed and provide fair compensation.

We require one working day to process, pick, package and dispatch your order. Once dispatched the delivery time for your order will vary based on which delivery service you selected.

Late delivery

Please be aware that occasionally items may get delayed or lost whilst they are being delivered to you. This is unfortunately beyond our control but we will always work with our customers to resolve these issues.

Should your item(s) not arrive, or your order arrives damaged / unusable, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to get it sorted.
