Our Click & Collect service means you can order an item online for collection at our Castlewellan Store.

Please provide an email address & contact number during the checkout process so we can notify you when your product is ready to collect.

Collection Information

Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 3 hours when placed during our opening hours.
Orders placed less than 3 hours before closing (after 2:30pm Monday to Friday, or after 10:00am on Saturdays) may not be ready for collection the same day.

Please wait until you receive your confirmation email and text message before coming to collect your order.

When will my order be ready?

If the item is available in our store, you’ll be able to collect within 3 hours of placing your order if your order is placed during our opening hours. Please wait for your confirmation email & text before coming in to collect your order.

In the rare circumstance that your item isn’t in stock in our store, a member of staff will be in touch with you to let you know. You can then organise to either have the item delivered to our store for collection or cancel your order. The expected collection time for your order will be communicated to you via email after placing your order.

I want to cancel my order

No Problem! You can request to cancel any order from your account dashboard in the orders page.

If you can’t get in touch, We’ll cancel any Click & Collect order 7 days after the order was placed without collection.

I want to extend the collection date of my order

All orders will be held in-store for up to 7 days from the date the order was placed. If you feel you may not be able to collect within this period, contact us and a member of staff will see if they can extend this for you.

What information do I need to bring to collect my order?

At The Parts Centre we are very flexible. Just your name and order number are all that is required for Click & Collect. Or if you would prefer to just show a member of staff a copy of the confirmation email that you received via your mobile phone or print-out you can do that too.
