Shipping & Delivery
We use a range of trusted couriers, with deliveries available Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.
We deliver to most UK addresses, including Northern Ireland. Some bulky items may have limited delivery options or may not be available for delivery to certain remote locations.
Express delivery is available on many UK orders for an additional charge. Where applicable, Express orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce expressAM. Some bulky items and online exclusives may be excluded.
Local Trade Delivery may also be available to eligible trade customers near our Castlewellan store using our own delivery vans. If you are a local trade customer, please contact us to check whether your account and delivery address are eligible.
Sending an order as a gift? You can have it delivered directly to a friend or family member by entering their address as the delivery address at checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday or before 10:00am on Saturdays will usually be processed, picked, packed and despatched the same day.
Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed on the next working day that our store is open.
Once your order has been despatched, delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.
If the availability of an item has changed since your order was placed, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know and discuss the available options.

Late delivery
Please be aware that occasionally items may get delayed or lost whilst they are being delivered to you. This is unfortunately beyond our control but we will always work with our customers to resolve these issues.
Should your item(s) not arrive, or your order arrives damaged / unusable, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to get it sorted.
