What does The Parts Centre sell?
The Parts Centre is an independent motor factors based in Castlewellan.
In-store, we supply a full range of vehicle parts and workshop products, including:

Why are vehicle-specific car parts not listed on the website?
Many vehicle parts require a registration lookup to ensure correct fitment.
To avoid incorrect orders, we do not list registration-dependent parts online. These parts are supplied through our Castlewellan store, where our experienced team can confirm the correct components for your vehicle.
Registration-lookup parts are available to local retail customers visiting the store and to trade customers within our local delivery area. We do not ship or deliver these items nationwide, even if a vehicle registration is provided.
Our delivery service covers Castlewellan and surrounding areas including Clough, Katesbridge, Moneyslane, Bryansford, Newcastle, Annalong, Kilcoo, Ballyward and nearby districts.
If you require replacement parts for your vehicle, please visit the store and speak to one of our parts advisors. We will:
- Supply from stock where available
- Order the correct parts if required
- Often have items ready the same day or next working day

Yes. We offer local collection from our Castlewellan store on most items.
If the store is open, collection orders are typically confirmed within 3 hours, meaning you can often collect the same day.

Yes. We can test vehicle batteries in store to check their condition and performance.
Do you fit wiper blades?
Yes. We can fit wiper blades purchased from us in store.
Do you replace key fob batteries?
Yes. We can replace key fob batteries in store.
Do you fit light bulbs?
No. Many modern vehicles require significant dismantling to access bulbs. For safety and liability reasons, we do not offer bulb fitting.
Do you make number plates?
Yes. We manufacture number plates in store while you wait. Valid documentation is required.
Returns & Support
Can I return an online purchase?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can usually be returned within the stated return period.
