Description

Sika Sikaflex 212 FC is a versatile one-component polyurethane sealant designed for sealing applications in commercial vehicles, including buses, trucks, trailers and other suitable automotive applications. Its paste-like, non-sag consistency makes it easy to apply to vertical and horizontal joints, while the moisture-curing formulation develops a durable and flexible seal.

Sikaflex 212 FC bonds well to a wide range of commonly used materials including metals, plastics, wood and glass. Once fully cured, it can be sanded and overpainted, making it particularly useful for professional vehicle building, repair and maintenance applications.

Application:

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease, dust and loose contamination before application
• Apply using a suitable cartridge gun and supplied application nozzle
• Tool the sealant as required before skin formation begins
• Allow the product to fully cure before sanding or overpainting
